about

Focusing on bands that play Glasgow/Edinburgh often, Morgul spent fresher's week 2013 handing out free CDs to interested freshers, students, and gig-goers which featured some of the very best Scottish metal, in an effort to increase interest in local talent and gig-attendance.

Features exclusive pre-releases of tracks from Amok's "Somewhere in the West" (Witches Brew Records) and Party Cannon's "Partied in Half" EP.

The online free download version contains tracks from Opethian Progressive Metal Edinburgh-ers Cow in the Field and insanely jammy Falkirk/Glasgow psychedelic group Ménage à Trois, where the streaming version features Edinburgh experimental black metal monsters Haar.
